We have opportunities for motivated and caring individuals to join our End-of-Life Urgent Care Team.

St Luke’s is working towards its vision of a ‘Hospice without Walls’. In this role, you will support patients at the end of life in their own homes or preferred place of care. Your work will help people remain where they feel most comfortable and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. Please see the attached job description and person specification for more information.

This is a busy and sometimes challenging role. But it is also very rewarding. You will make a real difference by supporting people and their families at an important time in their lives.

As a member of staff, you will receive:

  • Access to a cashback health plan

We would encourage informal discussions regarding this post with Rebecca Wallis (Clinical Lead) / Jo Davis (Deputy Clinical Lead) on 01752 964 200
